We even offer Remote Support over the Internet using TeamViewer (click button to the right >>) .  Sometimes it's just a machine or PC setting that needs to be updated and we can diagnose issues by accessing your PC directly and updating print drivers or adjusting scanner settings via the machine web interface.  TeamViewer is a safe and secure way for remote support that does not require permanent installation of software on the client workstation
